01 · What Fanumi provides

Fanumi is a tool for personal archives, photo and video collections, local music playback, timeline records, card displays, and virtual room interactions. Depending on the features available in your version, you can organize content, edit visual effects, set reminders, and decorate a personal space.

Fanumi is not an official service of any artist or talent agency. User-created artist archives, images, and text do not imply endorsement, approval, or authorization by an artist, rights holder, or Fanumi, and are not an official source of information.

02 · Eligibility and permission to use

Fanumi 1.0.1 is intended for teenagers and adults aged 13 and over and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Store ratings do not verify age; regional storefronts may show equivalent local ratings.

Please read and understand these terms before using the relevant services. Minors should do so with a guardian's guidance and obtain guardian consent wherever required by law.

You may install and use Fanumi on supported Apple devices in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Rights in the software, interface, code, and original assets we supply belong to us or their lawful rights holders. Except where permitted by law or separately authorized, you may not copy them for sale, impersonate the brand, or distribute them as your own product.

Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attack systems, steal data, or bypass lawful security measures. These terms do not restrict software research, interoperability activities, or other rights expressly permitted by law.

03 · Your content and others' rights

Rights in content you enter, import, or create remain with you or the original rights holder. Using Fanumi does not transfer ownership of your images, videos, audio, or writing to us.

The app performs your selected saving, display, and local editing operations on your device; this does not give the developer remote access to that content. Only an image you actively select for cloud cutout is sent to Alibaba Cloud. You control any sharing with another app. This does not give us a general license to publish, sell, advertise with, or train models on your collections.

Make sure you hold the relevant rights or another lawful basis for importing and using content. An image being publicly available online, intended for personal collection, or edited with cutout does not automatically permit unrestricted copying, commercial use, or distribution. Check copyright, portrait and privacy rights, and platform rules before sharing elsewhere.

Music and video audio: Import and use only media you own or are authorized to use, including authorization for copying or extracting audio where required. A purchase, subscription, a file being stored on your device, or personal use does not by itself grant all copying, adaptation, public performance, or distribution rights. Fanumi's import or conversion feature grants no such rights. Respect applicable copyright law and the source provider's terms.

Fanumi supports accessible local files and unprotected songs stored on your device. It does not provide third-party platform link downloads, stream ripping, or DRM circumvention. Protected Apple Music subscription content and cloud-only songs cannot be imported. The device library permission is optional and does not authorize downloading or republishing a provider's catalog.

If you believe content connected with the service infringes your rights, email us with specific details, an explanation of your rights, and necessary contact information. We will assess and handle the matter in accordance with law, using only necessary complaint information. We cannot directly browse or delete all files stored locally on a user's device.

04 · Image editing and external services

Cropping, outlines, glow, relief, and related effects support visual creation. Results depend on the source image, device capability, and processing method; the same quality cannot be guaranteed for every image. A relief effect is not a physical measurement or a reconstruction of a person's actual three-dimensional body.

Cloud cutout is optional and sends the selected image to Alibaba Cloud. See section 3 of the Privacy Policy for information, authorization, and storage details. Declining cloud processing does not prevent basic local collection features.

Notifications, saving to Photos, sharing, and external websites also depend on the relevant operating system or service. Permissions, Focus settings, system scheduling, or device conditions may delay or prevent reminders. Do not rely on them as the sole reminder for medical, safety, or other critical matters.

05 · Rooms and Star Coins

Characters, furniture, outfits, simulated attendance, and Star Coins are for virtual interactions within the app. Simulated work, desks, and clocking in or out do not create an employment or services relationship, or entitle you to real wages.

Star Coins are only for the virtual uses shown in the app. They are not legal tender, deposits, or investments. Current features do not offer cash redemption, promised financial returns, or transfers between users. Earning and usage conditions are those clearly presented in the corresponding feature.

We will explain important changes affecting virtual benefits and handle existing entitlements lawfully, without using unclear rules to induce purchases. Do not improperly alter progress, farm benefits through abuse, or sell unauthorized virtual assets.

06 · Saving and managing your data

The current version requires no Fanumi account and has no account-based cloud sync. Except for cutout images actively submitted to Alibaba Cloud, other user content in the app is saved and processed only on your device and is not uploaded to any server. Keep copies of important media as needed, and understand the effects of system backups, device transfers, and app deletion.

Deleting records, using “Clear local data,” or deleting the app in system settings may make the affected content unrecoverable. Read confirmation prompts first. Copies exported to Photos, other apps, or system backups must be managed separately.

We will exercise reasonable care in maintaining and protecting the service. Recommending backups does not remove liability that we must bear for our own fault under applicable law. See section 6 of the Privacy Policy for deletion scope, privacy choices, and contact details.

07 · Updates, fees, and service changes

Builds with advertising enabled may show Google AdMob ads when you open or return to the app. Ads are provided by third parties and include ad identification and a dismissal mechanism. You do not need to click ads or make purchases to use local collection features. Advertisers are responsible for their products and services; an ad is not our guarantee or endorsement. See section 4 of the Privacy Policy for data use and choices. Report inappropriate ads through the ad’s reporting controls or by contacting ifanfaniu@163.com.

We may provide updates to fix issues, support operating system changes, or improve features. We will explain significant changes affecting use where appropriate. Check compatibility and data notices before upgrading.

These terms do not authorize any payment or automatic renewal. If paid features, subscriptions, or other charges are introduced, we will explain the price, service, term, renewal, and cancellation rules before purchase and require your active confirmation. Using current features does not by itself authorize a charge.

If the service needs maintenance, changes, or discontinuation, we will give reasonable notice according to the impact and provide data-saving guidance where feasible. You may stop using the relevant service. Existing lawful entitlements will be handled under applicable law and agreements.

08 · Responsibilities and limitations

We will reasonably maintain availability, security, and the features described, and address known issues. Network interruptions, system faults, and device limitations may affect some features. Email us if you encounter a problem so we can help investigate.

You should take reasonable care of your device and content and are legally responsible for your own unlawful or infringing conduct. Responsibility for disputes and losses is determined by applicable law, each party's fault, and the actual causal relationship.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remove liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or restrict statutory consumer rights. Mandatory legal provisions prevail over any conflicting term.

09 · Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location remain effective.

Please contact us by email to try to resolve a dispute. If it cannot be resolved by agreement, either party may bring a claim before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These terms do not remove your right to complain, report issues, or seek other remedies available by law.

10 · Contact and changes to these terms

We will show the revision date when these terms change. Significant changes to your rights or obligations will be clearly explained, with consent obtained where legally required. If a provision is invalid, the remaining lawful provisions remain effective.
